Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information watch.fun collects, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.

1. Who We Are

In this Privacy Policy, "watch.fun", "we", "us" and "our" mean 3-102-948875 SRL, a company incorporated in Costa Rica with its registered address at Centro Comercial La Paco, 300 meters north, Plaza Florencia, Local 10, San Rafael, Escazú, San José 10203, Costa Rica. We operate the watch.fun website and related services (the "Platform").

We are responsible for the personal information we collect through the Platform. When you buy a box, Collector Crypt Corp ("Collector Crypt") is the seller and merchant of record and handles the information it needs for that purchase under its own privacy policy (see Section 6).

Questions or requests about your personal information can be sent to privacy@watch.fun. We aim to respond within thirty (30) calendar days.

2. What We Collect

Login details, such as your email address, or the Google, Telegram or X account or Solana wallet you use to sign in
Your wallet address
Shipping details, if you request redemption of a physical item. You enter these on the Platform, but they are sent directly to Collector Crypt to fulfil your request and are not stored by watch.fun
Messages you send to our support team

Information collected automatically

IP address, browser type, device type and operating system
Approximate location based on your IP address, used to check eligibility
Pages viewed, actions taken, session length and how you move through the Platform
Date and time of access, error data and performance data

Information from third parties

Privy, our sign-in and wallet provider: account and wallet details linked to your login
Unifold and Coinflow, our payment providers: whether a payment went through, the amount and related transaction details
Collector Crypt: details of your box purchases and redemptions
Public blockchain data, such as transactions linked to your wallet address on the Solana blockchain

3. Payment and Identity Information

watch.fun does not collect or store your card number, bank account details or other payment credentials. These are collected and processed directly by our payment providers, Unifold and Coinflow, under their own privacy policies.

Payment providers may ask you to verify your identity, for example with an ID document or a selfie, before processing a payment. That verification is carried out by the payment provider or its partners, not by watch.fun, and is handled under their privacy policies.

4. Blockchain Data

The Platform uses the Solana blockchain. Please be aware that:

Your wallet address and transactions are recorded on a public blockchain that anyone can view;
Once recorded, this data cannot be changed or deleted by watch.fun or anyone else; and
Because of this, we cannot delete on-chain data, even if you ask us to. We will always tell you clearly what we can and cannot delete.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

Provide and operate the Platform, including your account and Wallet (legal basis: performance of a contract)
Show you Collector Crypt boxes and pass the details needed for your purchases and redemptions to Collector Crypt (legal basis: performance of a contract)
Check that you are eligible to use the Platform, including age and location (legal basis: legal obligation and legitimate interests)
Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, sanctions breaches and other illegal activity (legal basis: legal obligation and legitimate interests)
Respond to your support requests (legal basis: performance of a contract)
Understand how the Platform is used and improve it (legal basis: legitimate interests)
Send you updates and promotional messages where you have agreed or where allowed by law, with an easy way to opt out (legal basis: consent or legitimate interests)
Comply with laws, regulations and valid legal requests (legal basis: legal obligation)

We collect only what we need for these purposes. Where we use data for analytics, we aggregate it where possible.

6. Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

Collector Crypt, as the seller and merchant of record for boxes on the Platform, to process your purchases, redemptions and shipping. Collector Crypt handles this information under its own privacy policy.
Privy, our sign-in and embedded wallet provider.
Unifold and Coinflow, our payment providers, to process deposits and card payments.
Google (Google Analytics) and Mixpanel, our analytics providers, as described in Section 7.
Service providers that help us run the Platform, such as hosting, infrastructure and customer support providers. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
Regulators, law enforcement and courts, where required by law or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of watch.fun, our users or others.
A buyer or successor, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets. We will tell you if this changes who controls your data.
Anyone else, with your consent.

7. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, keep the Platform secure, and understand how it is used. We currently use these analytics tools:

Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, which collects information about pages visited, session length and device type. More information: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
Mixpanel, provided by Mixpanel, Inc., which records events and interactions on the Platform to help us understand usage. More information: https://mixpanel.com/legal/privacy-policy

You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Platform works.

8. International Transfers

watch.fun and its service providers operate in several countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live, including in Costa Rica, the United States, Panama and other countries where our partners are based. When we transfer personal information internationally, we do so where it is needed to provide the Platform to you, where appropriate contractual safeguards are in place, or with your consent. Contact privacy@watch.fun for more information about the safeguards we use.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you
Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
Delete your information where we no longer need it or have no lawful reason to keep it
Port your information in a structured, machine-readable format
Object to processing based on our legitimate interests, including direct marketing
Restrict how we use your information in certain cases
Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent

To use any of these rights, email privacy@watch.fun. We may need to confirm your identity first. Some rights are limited by law or by technology. For example, we cannot delete data recorded on the blockchain. For information held by Collector Crypt, Privy, Unifold or Coinflow, you may also need to contact them directly.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Security and Retention

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach is likely to put your rights at risk, we will notify the relevant authority and affected users as required by law.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the Platform, meet legal, tax, audit and anti-fraud requirements, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. After that, we delete or anonymize it. On-chain data cannot be deleted.

11. Age Restrictions

The Platform is only for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us personal information, contact privacy@watch.fun and we will delete it.

12. Third-Party Sites and Services

The Platform links to and relies on services run by others, including Collector Crypt, Privy, Unifold and Coinflow. This Privacy Policy does not cover how they handle your information. Please read their privacy policies.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on the Platform and change the "Last Updated" date. For material changes, we will notify you by email or on the Platform at least thirty (30) days before they take effect. If you keep using the Platform after changes take effect, the updated Policy applies.
